Return Eligibility

• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Free Returns

Evonmart provides free return shipping for eligible returns made within the 14-day return period.

Our customer support team will provide return instructions once your return request has been approved.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to complete the return process after delivery.
